We’ve reserved a block of rooms at two hotels for our guests: the W Philadelphia and the Element Philadelphia Downtown, located in the same building for easy access to both.

Both hotels are just a block away from our welcome party venue and a short walk to classic Philly spots like Rittenhouse Square, Reading Terminal Market, Love Park, and more.

Getting to Philadelphia

Whether you're traveling by train, plane, or car, here's a quick guide to help you plan your journey:

By Train: Amtrak’s 30th Street Station is Philly’s main hub, with service from cities like New York and Washington, D.C.

By Plane: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about 20 minutes from downtown. Taxis, rideshares, and the SEPTA train can quickly take you to the city.

By Car: Philadelphia is accessible via I-95, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the PA Turnpike. Parking is available, but check with your hotel for the best options.
